About the Role
Are you detail-oriented, passionate about sales, and thrive on building market-leading partnerships? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Partnerships & Sales Executive to help us grow our business and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving revenue across our Event Entertainment Sales Channels and the broader EVT Group. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, craft tailored sales strategies, and deliver high-impact cross-platform campaigns, creating meaningful partnerships that make a real difference.
What You'll Be Doing
Sales & Account Management
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients across pre-paid, sponsorships, and cross-platform opportunities.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Develop and execute customer-specific sales plans.
- Drive incremental revenue through collaboration with internal teams.
- Maintain a pipeline of short-, mid-, and long-term opportunities.
Reporting & Implementation
- Prepare weekly WIP, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
- Support forecasting and trend analysis using historical data.
- Collaborate on quarterly strategy sessions and revenue planning.
- Oversee execution of cross-platform campaigns.
- Deliver post campaign reports.
Communication
- Maintain timely and professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Build relationships across all levels of the business.
What You'll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing or Advertising.
- Minimum 3+ years in sales, media, or loyalty industries within the Australian market.
- Proven success in selling integrated cross-platform solutions.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised self-starter with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.
- Passion for content and the entertainment industry.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Collaborative and positive team player.
