Challenger Valves & Actuators are seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Support all-rounder to join their Sales Team in Shepparton, to help deliver exceptional service and solutions to their valued customers.

As an Internal Sales Support, you'll be the vital link between customers and the external sales representatives, ensuring that every enquiry is met with expertise, care and efficiency:

  • Responding to inbound sales inquiries with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude
  • Advising customers on products that suit their needs and preparing tailored quotes and proposals
  • Providing accurate pricing, availability, and technical information to guarantee a seamless experience
  • Processing customer orders through the ERP system (Business Central), monitoring progress, and keeping customers informed every step of the way
  • Collaborating with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and smooth delivery
  • Releasing sales orders to the warehouse for dispatch
  • Maintaining meticulous records of customer interactions, quotes, and orders, supporting inventory checks and stock management.
