Executive Coordinator to Founder (Education & International Recruitment)

Location:
Melbourne, Victoria | Hybrid (regular onsite support required)

Eduget Global is looking for an
Executive Coordinator to the Founder
— a highly organised, emotionally intelligent professional who thrives in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments.

This hands-on role supports the Founder of a growing international education and recruitment organisation. You'll manage scheduling, communications, projects, and travel logistics, ensuring priorities are met and operations run smoothly.

What you'll bring:

  • 2–5 years of experience supporting senior leaders or founders.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment when handling confidential matters.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and calendar management tools.
  • Flexibility for occasional after-hours or weekend support.
  • Valid Australian driver's licence.
  • Experience in education, recruitment, or international projects is an advantage.
