About Us

Cheeky Winx was born in 2021 with a mission to bring bold colours and fun patterns into the fitness world. What started with just eight funky gym towel designs has now grown into six product lines, including our best-selling hooded gym towels, grip socks, and beach towels.

We're a fast-growing Aussie brand loved by customers and stockists nationwide, and now we're expanding globally. As our business grows, we're looking for someone creative, organised, and enthusiastic to join our small team and help us take Cheeky Winx to the next level.

About the Role

This role is a unique mix of social media creativity and day-to-day business support. You'll be the one bringing our brand personality to life online while also helping keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.

You'll work directly with the founders, playing a hands-on role in shaping our growth and building an engaged community of Cheeky Winx fans. This is a role for someone who loves variety, where one day you might be creating TikTok videos, the next helping pack customer orders, the next brainstorming campaign ideas.

Must-Have Experience

To be considered for this role, you must have hands-on experience in managing social media accounts and editing short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts). Please include examples of brands you've worked with, or personal accounts you've built and grown, to demonstrate your skills in content creation, editing, and community engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and create content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & Pinterest.
  • Write copy and schedule posts that align with our brand voice.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, activations, and the content calendar.
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and product launches.
  • Support with graphic design for EDMs, website updates, and socials.
  • Analyse results and spot opportunities to improve engagement and sales.
  • Help manage online reputation and customer feedback.
  • Assist with packing and processing customer orders when needed.
