Role Description

We are actively seeking a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our fun and creative team.

Based in our Hendra office in Brisbane, this pivotal role will help manage our Email Marketing Program, Social Media Accounts, Influencer Management, and Paid Advertising Channels. Collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in planning and executing strategic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Apéro Label's Email Marketing Program, including writing and briefing eDMs, setting up automations as required, reviewing and updating contact distribution lists, and segmenting audiences to nurture engagement.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to support the planning and execution of campaign and promotional activity.
  • Ideate and develop SEO optimised blog and web content to support brand growth and organic reach.
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of community events.
  • Help manage paid advertising channels, including Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, under the guidance of the Head of Marketing.
  • Manage influencer partnerships from outreach through to content delivery, using our platform Upfluence.
  • Collaborate on analysing web and social media metrics to make insight led decisions, with a focus on impact, traffic, and conversions.
  • Manage Apéro Label's social media channels daily, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Engage with followers by responding to questions, comments, messages, tags, and hashtags across platforms.
  • Lead the creation and organisation of social media assets, including briefing, designing simple graphics and templates, and producing TikTok/Reels style content.
  • Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera for TikTok and Reels content as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent on-the job experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both professional and creative.
  • 1+ year of experience working across social media channels for a business.
  • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms.
  • Experience with basic editing software such as CapCut for TikTok and Reels content.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and UTM tracking is a bonus.
