Our boutiques are more than just stores: they're community spaces where style, culture, and connection collide. As we expand our online presence, we're looking for a dynamic E-Commerce Manager to take our digital business to the next level.


The Role

We're searching for a results-driven, entrepreneurial E-Commerce Manager who will treat our online store like it's their own. You'll be responsible for leading the digital growth strategy, driving sales, improving conversion rates, and ensuring our e-commerce experience reflects the luxe, boutique feel of Calexico in-store.

This is a hands-on role – you'll manage day-to-day performance while also setting the vision for growth, building out a team as the channel scales.


Key Responsibilities
  • E-Commerce Growth – Own the online P&L, driving revenue, AOV, and conversion rate improvements.
  • Digital Strategy & Execution – Plan and execute campaigns across Meta, Google, email (Klaviyo), and SEO.
  • Site Management – Oversee Shopify performance, UX, product merchandising, and on-site content.
  • Customer Experience – Bring Calexico's boutique-level service online through personalised shopping journeys, packaging, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Track key metrics, deliver actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Team Leadership – Manage and mentor e-comm/fulfilment staff, and help shape the future e-commerce team as the channel grows.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with our Directors, Buyers, and Marketing/Brand teams to align campaigns with seasonal collections and sales targets.

About You

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and loves fashion. You'll bring:

  • Proven track record in e-commerce growth (preferably in fashion, luxury, or retail).
  • 2 years experience with Shopify, Google Analytics/GA4, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and SEO.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking – campaigns that look beautiful and convert.
  • Hands-on experience in paid media, email marketing, and on-site optimisation.
  • Strong leadership skills with ambition to build and scale a team.
  • A love for luxury fashion and the drive to deliver an exceptional online shopping experience.
