The Role

We're seeking a part-time E-commerce Service Co-Ordinator to join our Online Service Team. Based at our Strathpine store (transitioning to Mt Gravatt in January 2026), you'll report to the Retail Systems Manager and play a key role in delivering a seamless online shopping experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and fulfilment of online customer orders.
  • Managing the online inbox and responding to customer service enquiries.
  • Supporting stores with Click & Collect orders.
  • Assisting the team with maintaining our E-commerce website.

This is a part-time role, Monday to Friday, 9am–2pm.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A continuous desire to learn and adapt to new skills.
  • Effective communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office and Excel skills desirable.
  • Capacity to perform manual handling tasks safely such as, lifting, carrying and moving stock.
  • Experience with Pharmacy and or Health Food products is preferred but not essential.
