About the Role:

On offer is an 18-month role Certificate 3 traineeship in Early Education and Care. You will be given the support and guidance to learn on the job whilst getting paid to develop your own knowledge and skills. During your traineeship you will work with our trained educators, culture and compliance teams, and outside trainers all invested in your continual growth. You will also work with our beautiful children and families and be a vital person in their lives, helping them reach their full potential.

We have opportunities for traineeships at our Tuggerah, Terrigal and Kanwal locations

Little Miracles Tuggerah is our largest centre, providing opportunities to work across many different environments. The centre is rich with trained educators, able to provide you with all of their tips and tricks gained from years of experience. This fast paced and dynamic environment has produced many successful trainees

Little Miracles Terrigal is a boutique childcare centre, with a close knit staff family, who work together to support each child that comes into care. As our longest running centre, it is well established within the community and has successfully supported many educators through their traineeship.

Little Miracles Kanwal is our newest Little Miracles centre Join the team as it grows, joining this centres journey from the beginning. With many experienced Little Miracles and brand new trained educators, you'll be surrounded by people ready to support you through your journey.
