We are seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic team at Beach, an early childhood education and care centre located in the picturesque Macmasters Beach, NSW. As a fulltime member of our talented team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and education to the children in our centre.
What you'll be doing
- Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that foster the cognitive, physical, social and emotional development of the children in your care
- Ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment that supports children's learning and wellbeing
- Building strong, respectful relationships with children and their families
- Collaborating with the wider team to continually improve the quality of our service
- Adhering to all relevant legislation, regulations and centre policies
- Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities
What we're looking for
- A Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar role within the early childhood education and care sector
- A genuine passion for nurturing and educating young children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care and education
- A current Working with Children Check
