We are seeking a Part-Time Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant, progressive team across our Green Point and Forresters Beach locations. This is more than a job – it's a chance to help lead a movement in early childhood education.

About the Role:
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our incredible team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering a high-quality educational program that supports each child's individual learning and development.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading a curriculum that inspires wonder, curiosity, and confidence

  • Building genuine relationships with children and their families

  • Working closely with our experienced leadership team to achieve exceeding practices under the National Quality Standards

  • Engaging in ongoing professional development and mentoring

  • Participating in programs that span bush kindy, swim safety, sustainability, and holistic wellbeing

About You:

  • Hold an approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification

  • Hold or be eligible for NESA Teacher Accreditation

  • Current WWCC, First Aid, and Child Protection training

  • A love for outdoor play, sustainability, and innovative education

  • Ability to deliver engaging, responsive programs aligned with EYLF and NQS

  • Positive, flexible and collaborative approach
