Pay: $43.55 - $66.86 + $2.25 Educational Leader Allowance + Super

Responsibilities

• Lead change, and champion practice uplift and excellence
• Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and enhance educational programs
• Deepen understanding of child development and early years content
• Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
• Work with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice

You'll need

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or ACECQA approved equivalent
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
• Must hold NESA accreditation/registration
