With increasing demand for our services, we are looking to create another crew to cover additional customer sites. We have been in the business for over 40 years (with three separate locations in NSW) and the Mackay branch is kicking lots of goals, led by an experienced Supervisor.

On-site work will be at various sites. As part of your employment you will undertake the standard induction training required for all employees covering conditions of employment, mine and plant safety, first aid procedures, movement around site, work and documentation procedures, quality control and quality assurance. HIC Services is very dedicated to internal training and competencies and you're being trained by one of the best.

Recent qualifications such as Working at Heights, Confined Space, EWP and LR MR truck licence will also be highly regarded but will otherwise be arranged. Experience in CHPPs / wash plants desirable. Ability to transition into other requirements of the business as needed.

The successful applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment medical, including Drug & Alcohol test. Random Drug & Alcohol screenings will also be conducted periodically.
