Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical MarTech Lead with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and other marketing technologies. This role will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technology execution, leading solution design, integration, and campaign operations across MarTech tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of MarTech solutions using tools like AEP, AJO, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and Analytics.
  2. Translate marketing requirements into scalable, automated, and data-driven solutions using real-time customer profiles and journeys.
  3. Oversee data integration, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation across multiple channels.
  4. Collaborate with marketing, CRM, data, and engineering teams to deliver cross-channel personalized experiences.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud products (especially AEP, AJO, Adobe Campaign, Target)
  • Deep understanding of CDP architecture, identity stitching, and real-time customer profiles
  • Experience with data modeling, schema creation, and audience segmentation
  • Ability to lead cross-functional technical discussions and drive MarTech strategy
  • Strong experience with APIs, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (preferably Adobe and Azure)
