A multinational corporation, at the forefront of energy management and automation solutions, is seeking a tier one Marketing Technology Business Partner to join their team. This is a newly created role, leading a team of three marketing analysts.

As the MarTech Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the performance of MarTech in Australia to improve the customer journey/experience and drive better commercial outcomes for the business. Collaborating closely with stakeholders globally and locally, you will be both responsive and proactive in executing MarTech initiatives.

Reporting to the Digital Customer Relationships Director, you will ensure the efficiency of the customer journey for all digital and marketing interactions. Success in this role means optimizing processes, implementing MarTech reporting, collaborating with global marketing teams to deploy or update MarTech solutions, and scaling existing capabilities while making suggestions for improvements.

To excel in this role, you must have a deep understanding of modern, data-driven marketing and how Marketing Technology enables automation and scalability for delivering outstanding customer experiences. We are looking for a results-oriented professional with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in marketing technology. Experience in B2B and B2C environments, along with expertise in implementing and managing technology programs and campaign journey design, are essential. Knowledge of Adobe or Salesforce marketing technologies, as well as proficiency in reporting and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, are imperative.
