Location: Glass House Mountains, Sunshine Coast

Position: Female Support Worker (25–30 y/o, as requested by the participant)

We've had a number of wonderful applicants, but unfortunately, none have quite met the specific criteria for this role so we're still on the lookout. Could you be the perfect match?

Our Sunshine Coast team is looking for a compassionate, reliable female Support Worker to support one of our lovely female participants living in the beautiful Glass House Mountains. She's ready to welcome someone new into her support team and has shared a few important qualities that would make the right fit.

She's hoping for someone who is:

  • Around 30 years old
  • Loves cooking and baking
  • Enjoys arts, crafts, and movies
  • Experienced in mental health and neurodivergent support
  • Has worked with children or is a mum herself
  • Speaks clear English without a strong accent (as she experiences difficulty understanding accents, which can impact communication)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or Mental Health
  • A current Yellow Card
  • A valid driver's license and reliable, fully insured vehicle
  • A genuine, caring nature with the ability to build real and trusting connections
