ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Business Development Representative will support the sales function driving Jigsaw's Digital Business services across all sites. Together with the Head of Growth, this role will support the acquisition of new Jigsaw Digital and Connect contracts.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Initiate contact with prospects and clients via phone, email and social media
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, e.g., prospecting, networking, referrals, existing customers
- Meet and present Jigsaw's offerings tailored to the specific needs of the prospects
- Prepare proposals and quotations
- Serve as the primary point of contact ensuring consistent communication
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional offerings to current Jigsaw clients
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts in collaboration with the Head of Growth
- Leverage CRM software and other tools to track leads, manage customer interactions and analyse sales data
- Handle any client enquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction
- Establish a feedback loop with clients to gather insights on product performance, customer satisfaction and areas of improvement
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Well developed interpersonal skills including exceptional written and verbal communications
- Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong administrative, project management and organisational skills
- Capable multitasker to manage many workflows concurrently
- Commercial awareness - be able to connect the dots between pain points and solutions whilst delivering value to the customer, and revenue to Jigsaw
- Alignment with Jigsaw and Fighting Chance's values
REQUIRED TO:
- Have a passion for and/or experience with working with people with a disability
- Have a right to work in Australia
- Possess or be willing to obtain a NDIS Workers screening check
- Possess or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check
- Possess and maintain current First Aid and CPR certifications
