Position overview

Under the broad direction of the AD, the Operational Excellence and Planning Manager will develop initiatives to prioritise, plan, support and monitor performance of systems and efficiency projects and collaborate with stakeholders across the University, particularly within the wider finance and IT community.

The Operational Excellence and Planning Manager is responsible for organising and delivering training, comms, governance and WHS divisional services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management as well as in financial systems and process improvement. This role is critical in driving efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation within our finance operations.
