Airefrig Australia is a family-owned national wholesaler for the refrigeration and air conditioning industry with 11 branches throughout Australia with 2 branches here in QLD. Airefrig has enjoyed continued growth over its 54 years in business.
Overview
The successful applicant will join a highly skilled growing team. A hands-on role, they will be involved in technical support, designing new projects and dealing directly with our wide customer base in the branches, over the phone, via email and on site.
Key Responsibilities(but would not be limited to):
- Selecting refrigeration equipment for specific applications
- Problem solving and providing solutions for break down / service situations
- Build and strengthen new and existing customer relationships
- Generate and drive project proposals
- Become an expert across our core product range so our customers are confident in the product features, models & technical details.
- Work alongside suppliers and internal departments to help satisfy / fulfil customer requests
- Face to face customer meetings, webinars and onsite visits.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Trade Certificate - HVAC&R
- Interest in developing strategies to improve services and increase efficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
- Must demonstrate strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work autonomously in a team environment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail required
- An interest in creating and maintaining customer relationships
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects
- Self-motivated attitude with a passion for success.
