About the Opportunities

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking two dedicated Medical Receptionists to join our Windsorteam on Permanent Full-Time and Part-Time (0.6) bases.

The working hours for these positions are between 6:00am and 10:00pm Monday to Friday, and 7:30am and 3:30pm on Saturdays.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
  • Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
  • Operate our booking system efficiently.
  • Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.

  • Adaptability to various databases and systems.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
