Our team is seeking a motivated & genuinely caring individual as the Clinic Manager, to ensure the backend of our practice runs smoothly, and providing optimal care for our clients.

Modern Minds is a private practice based in Windsor that consists of a team of professionals dedicated to support clients' mind, body, and soul regardless of where they may be in their journey. Our goal is to work alongside clients, helping them to reach their full potential. We offer a wide range of holistic services to help quieten the critical mind, reveal one's purpose and passion, ignite their energy and live according to their values.

This role is work from home, with occasional visits to the clinic.
Availability of hours must be up to 4 hours a day between 9am - 4pm, Monday - Friday, 1 hour over the weekend Saturday or Sunday, and with possibility of more hours depending on work load.

This role is best suited to a student of psychology or allied/holistic health, as there is potential to move into this work within the business.

ROLE TASKS:

- Inbox management
- Appointment calendar management
- Client file management
- Answering and making calls to clients and GP's
- Completing tasks from Director
- Payment & Medicare Processing
- New Starter set up
- Running team meetings
- Clinic visits for tidy up & restock
- Admin team management

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

- Applicant must have previous experience as medical receptionist
- Access to own computer, phone, & working internet to work from home
- ABN for invoicing your hours
- Availability to start immediately

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour
