Your Role:

As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring every patient feels valued and respected. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing appointments and patient records efficiently
  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries promptly
  • Supporting the medical team with administrative tasks
  • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area

Part-Time Hours:

  • 10-20 hours per week
  • Shifts rostered between Monday and Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
  • Morning and afternoon shifts (please indicate your availability in your application)
  • Flexibility with days and hours can be discussed

  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Previous experience in a medical or customer service role (preferred but not essential)
