Lexus of Springwood have an exciting and rare opportunity for a full time Service Receptionist.

Working closely with the Service Manager and our service department team, you will be responsible for:

- Meeting our guests, taking enquiries and service bookings
- Keeping guests up to date with vehicle progress
- Gaining authorization for extra work
- Handling guest complaints
- Highly motivated & guest service focused
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task where required
- Ability to contribute to building a positive team spirit
- Hold a current and valid manual driver's license (Queensland)
- Lexus experience advantageous, but not necessary
