Qualifications & experience

  • ANAESTHETIC PRIVATE PRACTICE Medical Software experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Good computer/keyboard skills essential
  • A keen eye to detail is essential, as there is a high volume of data entry and creating invoices
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel including a knowledge of emailing procedures

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Ability to work as a member of a team or independently, with strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Manage Telephone inquiries with a friendly and professional manner
  • Keen eye for detail to ensure accurate data entry
  • Ability to use multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Good  problem-solving skills
  • Protecting patient confidentiality of medical, personal and financial information
