**Dental Assistant/ Receptionist**

Smiles4miles in Springwood NSW

Permanent Part time 2-4 days per week or full time 5 days per week

Mon-Friday 8.00am-5.00 pm

We have a position for a mature, caring person to join our long-established practice in Springwood

Experience is an advantage but we are willing train the right applicant

**Daily tasks and responsibilities include**:

- Chair side dental assisting
- Instrument sterilization, infection control and hygiene duties
- Handling phone enquiries, making appointments and follow up calls
- Manage the appointment book and confirm appointments
- Process electronic payments using Hicaps and D4W practice management software
- Knowledge in Microsoft office

**The successful applicant must have**:

- Warm and friendly attitude
- Self-motivated, enjoy multiple tasks and love to interact with people
- Possess excellent communication and phone Skills
- Strong Work Ethics and attention to details
- Neat and tidy appearance
- Experience in a busy office environment
- Proficiency in English
- Australian Permanent resident or citizen only

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.42 - $36.51 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week

Work Location: In person
