Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sydney, NSW. As a Regional Manager at Anytime Fitness Australia, your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing club operations within the assigned region, ensuring consistency in service and standards, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive memberships and revenue. You will be responsible for managing club managers, providing leadership and support, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize operational efficiency. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in business operations and strategic planning
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and financial reports
  • Knowledge of fitness industry standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
