The Regional Business Manager for M.J. Bale is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the company's business operations in a specific region. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage and develop the team, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence across multiple locations. The main responsibilities of the Regional Business Manager include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability within the assigned region.
- Leading, motivating, and managing a team of store managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Driving brand awareness and promoting M.J. Bale's products through effective marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all stores within the region.
- Analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborating with various departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to support the overall success of the business.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in retail management or similar industry, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Required skills- Proven experience in managing and growing a retail business, preferably within the fashion industry
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- In-depth understanding of market trends and customer preferences
- Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, overseeing multiple retail locations
- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives
- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams
- Proven success in implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract customers
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail operations best practices.
