About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Service Supervisor to lead our team of Field Technicians and apprentices at our Horningsea Park Branch. Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring full compliance with all safety policies and regulations.
  • Drive excellence in customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every level.
  • Manage team resourcing and monitor individual and team performance to meet operational goals.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance during peak workload periods to maintain productivity and quality.
  • Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders by sharing your technical expertise.
  • Ensure all job-related paperwork is completed accurately and on time, including timesheets, service reports, and other documentation.
  • Demonstrate high levels of integrity, honesty, reliability, and confidentiality at all times.

About You:

  • Trade qualification in a mechanical field.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team effectively.
  • Clear, confident communicator with the ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • A collaborative team player who exemplifies and promotes the Company's Values & Behaviours.
  • OEM experience is highly desirable but not essential.
