About The Role
MCC is seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to deliver end-to-end recruitment across Australia and New Zealand. This role focuses on hands-on execution, ensuring timely hiring, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting business teams with day-to-day recruitment needs. You will maintain MCC's talent pools, manage recruitment systems, and support leaders with recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for ANZ, including job postings, sourcing, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in HR systems (including Dayforce).
• Liaise with hiring managers to ensure smooth and timely recruitment processes.
• Support and advise leaders on recruitment policies, processes, and legislative requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, recruitment agencies, and job boards.
• Execute sourcing campaigns and maintain talent pipelines for priority roles.
• Monitor recruitment performance metrics and provide reporting as required.
• Ensure recruitment administration is accurate, timely, and compliant.
• Promote MCC's values and employer brand through recruitment activities.

About You

• Hands-on recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, and selection.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Comfortable using recruitment systems and social media sourcing tools.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
