- Recruitment experience in a blue-collar environment
- Working knowledge of transport systems and technology (Hub Putty and DX Connect Mobile App)
- An understanding of chain of responsibility
- Strong administration and organisation skills to prioritise, allocate and meet deadlines
- Experience in reporting and analysing information for use by others
- Knowledge of current contractor legislation, processes and requirements.
