What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units
  • Partner with leaders to design and deliver engaging hiring campaigns
  • Manage bulk recruitment for peak periods while maintaining quality and candidate care
  • Use data insights to report on hiring performance and refine strategies
  • Oversee recruitment budgets across platforms (LinkedIn, Seek, Indeed)
  • Build strong talent pipelines and foster long-term candidate relationships

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years' recruitment experience across agency and/or in-house environments
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes with impact
  • Skilled in sourcing, ATS systems, and talent market insights
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in retail recruitment highly regarded
