Business Analyst – Power BI & Data Optimisation (3+-Month Contract)

Brisbane | Hybrid | Immediate Start

6 Month Contract

Reporting to EGM, Digital and Data Transformation

We're looking for an experienced BA to join our team and help review, transform and optimise data and insights via our Power BI platform.

This is a hands-on opportunity to drive meaningful improvements to how we capture and govern our data, improve our reporting environment so that we can drive self-serviceability across teams, improve data quality and use visualisation to identify trends and opportunities for MTO.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with Business, the Ecommerce and Technology Manager to deliver improvements within the 3 to 6 month timeframe.
  • Establish real time performance scorecards for each of our motorcycle brands in Retail and Wholesale markets
  • Define a roadmap to drive ongoing improvements in data governance, quality and mapping to improve the accuracy, reliability and integrity of insights within Power BI

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience working with Power BI in a business analysis or data optimisation role.
  • Strong understanding of visualisation best practices, ideally in a Microsoft Fabric environment"
  • Experience gathering requirements and engaging with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
