What You’ll Do
- Track daily warehouse operations labour cost and produce daily productivity report
- Assist in managing departmental FP&A processes, including month end closing process, forecasts, annual budget, and long-term strategic plans
- Prepare the cost allocation and conduct financial analysis across the warehouse operations
- Work with and support various business stakeholders and provide recommendations
- Identify opportunities to reduce the cost or improve service and quality
- Deliver commercial and analytical support to the division to facilitate profitable and sustainable growth
- Provide both ongoing and ad hoc management reporting, analysis, and commentary in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the finance team to help with delivering monthly reported results and ensure integrity and accuracy of reporting

What You’ll Bring
- This position will ideally suit someone with 1-2 years post degree experience
- Tertiary degree in Accounting or Finance
- CA or CPA qualified/or studying towards qualification
- A commercial accounting or finance background with FP&A related experience desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills that will build relationships with Senior Leaders, Stakeholders, and Team Members at all levels
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and a can-do attitude.
- Systems skills - experience desirable in following systems - SAP, OneStream, Qliksense
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
