WHO YOU ARE

To be considered for this role, you must hold/be:

  • Recent automotive industry experience (at least 3 years, and current)
  • AUR50216 Diploma of Automotive Technology (or equivalent qualification)
  • TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Professional communication, negotiation, and consultation skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, and a positive attitude
  • Strong relationship-building skills with expertise in managing diverse internal and external stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Sound knowledge of operational requirements in relation to the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs)
  • Experience working with international students (preferred)

You will possess a genuine passion for the automotive industry and a keen interest in sharing your technical expertise with students eager to advance their mechanical and diagnostic skills. You are organised, professional, and committed to maintaining compliance and quality standards in all aspects of training and assessment delivery.

You will be an exceptional communicator, able to work both autonomously and as part of a supportive training team. The ability to build rapport, plan effectively, and manage your time and classes efficiently will be key to success in this role.
