About the role
As our Data & Analytics Manager, you're at the heart of smarter decision-making — turning data into direction across the business. You'll lead the charge in shaping how we collect, protect, and use data to drive performance, elevate customer experience, and fuel strategic growth. From frontline operations to boardroom strategy, your insights power every move we make. You'll own the journey from raw data to real impact — translating complex needs into clear, actionable solutions that help every team thrive.

• Lead performance reporting across digital, email, social, and paid channels using HubSpot, GA4, and Tableau — driving smarter engagement and marketing ROI.
• Champion customer experience and conversion uplift through A/B and multivariate testing, advanced analytics (CLV, attribution, propensity), and integrated journey mapping across Zoho, Zendesk, and HubSpot.
• Deliver strategic insights from customer data, VOC programs, and dashboards to inform budgeting, elevate marketing performance, and align cross-functional teams.
• Design and implement enterprise-wide data strategies — from governance and data integrity to predictive modelling, machine learning, and system integration (BC, payroll, CMMS).
• Mentor a high-performing analytics team and build scalable frameworks that support operational analytics, CRM optimisation, pricing, transport efficiency, and asset lifecycle profitability.

What IOR are Looking For:
IOR is on the lookout for a data-driven leader ready to turn insight into impact. We're seeking a strategic, hands-on Data & Analytics Manager to drive smarter decisions across our business — from customer experience to operational efficiency. If you thrive on building high-performing teams, shaping enterprise-wide data strategies, and translating complex metrics into clear, actionable outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

• Tertiary qualification in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, with a strong foundation in modern data architectures and large-scale datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Excel, GA4, HubSpot, and Zoho — turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive performance across the business.
• Skilled in advanced modelling techniques including regression, segmentation, scenario design, and lifecycle tracking — with a sharp eye for problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Deep understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance, with a proven ability to translate analytics into high-impact recommendations and business cases.
• Strategic leader and cross-functional communicator, known for stakeholder engagement, mentoring teams, and championing a data-driven culture across all business functions.
