The Opportunity:

- This role will be a mix of work from home and in-office

About You:
- You have very strong in-house general commercial experience
- You have experience with the provision of commercial contract reviews, negotiation and general commercial advice
- You are comfortable liaising with internal and external clients and preparing internal briefings and/or general commercial advises across the organisation
- You have the ability to work autonomously as well as within the legal team, and at a high professional standard, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You are flexible, adaptable and have the ability to fit in with existing and well-established work practices
- You are a team player
- You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast-paced team
- You have a minimum of 5 years' PQE
- You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
- You have a current practising certificate
- You have the right to live and work in Australia
