About You:
- You are an experienced corporate and M&A lawyer
- You have the ability to assist in the provision of corporate and M&A legal advice and legal work across two major health business units in Australia
- You have experience in the health services industry, which is a bonus
- You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team
- You have a minimum of 7 years' experience
- You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
- You have a current practising certificate
- You have the right to live and work in Australia
