About You:
- You are an experienced general commercial lawyer
- You have experience splitting and novating customer contracts
- You have experience with front-line customer negotiations, contract drafting and acting as a conduit between teams
- You are comfortable acting as a project manager and managing administrative tasks
- You have the ability to distil legal concepts into clear, actionable advice
- You have logistics experience, which would be beneficial
- You are robust and resilient in fast paced environments
- You have the ability to hit the ground running, work autonomously and prioritise
- You have a minimum of 5 years' experience
- You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
- You have a current practising certificate
- You have the right to live and work in Australia
