About the role

Multirack Mackay' is seeking an experienced Sales & Compliance inspector to join our team in Mackay, QLD 4740. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in driving new business including a sales roll with the ability to complete compliance inspections of our product.

What you'll be doing

  • Prospecting and generating new sales leads through active networking, & email outreach.
  • Presenting Multirack Mackay's products and services to potential clients in a professional and compelling manner
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Conducting regular compliance inspections to ensure our customers operations meet all relevant industry regulations and standards
  • Providing detailed reports on inspection findings and recommending corrective actions where necessary
  • Collaborating with the broader Multirack Mackay team to identify new business opportunities and improve overall sales and compliance performance
  • At stages there will be some hands on assembly of our product

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of proven experience in new business development, sales and/or compliance roles, preferably within the sales industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively present to clients
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities to secure new business
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thoroughly inspect operations and document findings
  • A collaborative mindset and the willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams
  • A self-motivated, results-driven approach to achieving sales and compliance targets
