Mackay City Auto Group is seeking a talented Ford Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Mackay, Queensland. As the Ford Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Ford dealership, overseeing all aspects of the sales operation. What you'll be doing
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise customer acquisition and retention
- Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to customer delivery, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Analyse market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns
- Ensure the dealership's compliance with all relevant automotive industry regulations and standards
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to support the overall business objectives

- Proven track record of success in automotive sales management, preferably in the Ford brand
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a keen understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results
- Proficient in data analysis and using insights to inform strategic decisions
- Thorough knowledge of automotive industry regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
