Mackay City Auto Group is seeking 2 x highly organised, goal-orientated, and dynamic Sales Managers to lead premium brands stock operations with precision and agility.
These roles require strong leadership and management skills, as well as a passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote the brand and drive business growth.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to maximise their performance and achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful marketing campaigns, advertising materials, and digital content that effectively promote the brand.
- Manage vehicle inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and the right model mix to meet customer demands.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the buying process.
- Coordinate and participate in brand events, product launches, and promotional activities, representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Analyse sales data, market feedback, and customer insights to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards in all marketing and advertising efforts.
- Achieve all brand standards by excelling in all areas, including customer satisfaction, sales targets, brand representation, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales or brand management, with a focus on leading and managing teams.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve exceptional results.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and product portfolio.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic mindset and analytical skills to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers, team members, and stakeholders effectively.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license.
