We are now seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Content Producer to lead the vision and execution of ABI's creative outputs, driving the growth and impact of our brand.
As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with the Creative Manager and collaborate across the broader Creative Team to deliver exceptional video and photography content that elevates ABI's storytelling. This role blends hands-on creative production with leadership and strategic direction, ensuring every piece of visual content reflects ABI's premium design aesthetic and brand values.
What you will be doing:
- Foster a commitment to ABI Interiors' mission, vision, and values while promoting an inclusive workplace.
- Identifying trends and opportunities to innovate across platforms
- Work in close partnership with the Creative Manager to plan, prioritise, and execute the content roadmap in alignment with wider marketing and brand objectives.
- Develop and lead a cohesive video and photography content strategy that reflects ABI's design-led positioning and marketing direction.
- Provide creative leadership and support to the videography function and partner closely with the photography lead to uphold consistency, quality, and alignment across all outputs.
- Conceptualise and pitch creative campaign ideas, brand stories, and visual themes, identifying trends and opportunities to innovate across platforms.
- Oversee all stages of production, including pre-production (brief interpretation, storyboarding, talent coordination, and logistics), on-set direction, and post-production (editing, delivery, and optimisation).
- Script and storyboard brand and product stories, and conduct interviews with internal teams, collaborators, and partners.
- Produce platform-appropriate edits, cuts, and captions for digital and social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Collaborate with social and digital marketing teams to maximise engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
- Uphold ABI's visual identity, tone, and storytelling standards across all content.
- Uphold ABI's design-led vision by guiding creative content to communicate our values of inclusivity, innovation, and quality across all touchpoints.
- Track content performance and apply insights to continuously improve creative output and audience engagement.
About You:
- 5+ years' experience in video and photography production within property, lifestyle, design, or fashion sectors.
- Proven ability to ideate, direct, and deliver visual content across multiple platforms and formats.
- Strong technical skills in video production and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Experience in professional photography, lighting, and composition.
- Confidence leading shoots from concept through to final delivery.
- A deep understanding of social and digital media trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and inspire a small creative team to produce their best work.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives.
