The Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our growing Sydney office.

This role offers hands-on exposure to various aspects of human resources — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and HR operations. You'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams to help deliver a seamless employee experience and contribute to building an engaging company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes — from sourcing and screening to interview coordination
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring smooth communication with new joiners
  • Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment data in internal systems
  • Assist in HR initiatives such as engagement programs, internal events, and employer branding campaigns
  • Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and communication materials as needed
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance the overall employee experience

What We're Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A second language is a plus (Mandarin or Cantonese highly regarded)
  • Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or Psychology
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management
  • A proactive and people-oriented mindset — comfortable engaging with employees at all levels
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, collaborative environment
