ABOUT THE ROLE

This role champions the tactile, layered and expressive side of design.

As our Senior Interior Stylist, you'll lead FF&E direction, develop mood and materials palettes, source and specify furniture, décor and artwork, and craft beautiful, cohesive styling outcomes that bring concepts to life. You'll be active on-site for installs, coordinating logistics, leading styling teams, and ensuring every vignette and volume feels intentional and elevated.

You'll collaborate closely with our designers, directors and procurement team throughout the design journey, helping spaces feel truly lived in, loved and complete.

ABOUT YOU

You're a stylist who thinks like a designer. You understand spatial relationships, scale and proportion, and you know how to compose a moment that speaks.

You bring:

  • 4+ years styling or FF&E experience in interiors
  • Strength in furniture selection, materials and finishes
  • A refined eye for layering, detail and storytelling through objects
  • Experience managing installs from warehouse to reveal
  • Confident client communication and presentation skills
  • Supplier and artist relationships across furniture, décor and artwork
  • The ability to pivot quickly and solve problems with calm practicality
  • A positive, collaborative approach that lifts the room around you
  • A portfolio showcasing polished, thoughtful styling outcomes

You're proficient in industry-standard design software such as SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
