Studio M is Metricon's inspiration and design centre where customers choose their fixtures, finishes and colours. It allows our customers to personalise their home with the exceptional service and ideas from our design team.

Based in our stylish Robina office on the Gold Coast, you will assist our Interior Designers with preparation for customer appointments and provide administration support. Full-time. role, Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Studio M Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Front and back of House Duties
  • Scheduling Studio M appointments for clients
  • Prepare documentation and information necessary for appointments
  • Ensuring our systems are up to date
  • Respond to customer queries
  • Conduct Studio M tours
  • Ensure all status of appointments and selections are up to date
  • Work with internal teams to ensure all selections and designs meet requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous administration experience in a fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to work in a customer contact role
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi task
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly
  • Resourceful and proactive to discover solutions
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
