About the Role

We are seeking experienced Quarry Crushing and Screening Production Operators to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Operating wheel loaders, excavators, dump trucks, and crushing/screening plants
  • Performing feeding, tailing, and stockpiling operations across mobile and fixed circuits
  • Assisting with general clean-up and maintenance around the plant to maintain safe and efficient operations

Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Proven experience operating:

  • Wheel Loaders (e.g. CAT 988, 980)

  • Excavators (e.g. CAT 390, 365)
  • Experience with mobile and fixed crushers and screening plants
  • Hard rock quarry experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Australian recognised operator tickets/licences
  • Valid driver's licence (HR preferred)
  • Construction Industry Safety Card (White Card)
  • Strong safety focus and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to meet all pre-employment checks, including:

  • National Police Clearance

  • Pre-employment medical & D&A screening
  • Site-specific inductions
