Join an established industry leader with strong brand recognition as an Account Manager for the Southern NSW; region from Camden, south west to Bowral, through Moss Vale, the Kangaroo Valley and into Nowra and from Cronulla down through Wollongong, Kiama and Berry along the cost.

Selling Concrete and Quarry Materials to the Building & Construction industry; covering a wide range of Aggregates, Crushed Rock, Gravel, Sand, pebbles and Fill.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager the role is responsible for generating sales revenue across a core number of 150-200 designated accounts, which could range from Tier 1 and Tier 2 Contractors, to Builders and Subcontractors.

Some customers will be repeat users that require strong relationships management, maximising orders by cross-sell and up-sell sales activities. Other accounts could be dormant and need stronger development to maximise sales pipeline.

The accounts are best managed with effective call cycle plans in order to earn the opportunity to be invited to Bid / Tender for development proposals

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven track record in Sales positions within manufacturing or construction environments, ideally of Building Materials used in Civil & Infrastructure, Commercial or Residential Building
- Proven customer focused leadership and interpersonal skills with experience in negotiating and influencing, with the self-motivation and desire to perform and achieve sales targets.
- Highly developed understanding of sales tools, methodologies and business processes; i.e. using CRM Systems for call cycle management, and BCI or Cordell Connect for tracking project pipelines.

**What you'll get in return***
- Base Salary of $90k - $100k base (dependent on experience) + Super + Fully Maintained Company Vehicle + Bonus
