Overview

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building strong relationships and delivering high-quality solutions? Join our team and help shape the infrastructure of Victoria by selling premium quarry products to a diverse client base. We are a leading supplier of quarry materials including crushed rock, aggregates, and sand, servicing civil contractors, builders, landscapers, and councils across the Geelong region. With a reputation for reliability and quality, we’re expanding our sales team to meet growing demand.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients
- Provide expert advice on quarry products and their applications
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals
- Collaborate with logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records and report on sales activity

Knowledge and experience required

- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in construction or civil building materials
- Preferred experience in geotechnical, quarry, or civil industries
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Knowledge of quarry products or willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the Geelong region
