Their Warrnambool office is now seeking an enthusiastic and client-focused individual to join the team as a ****Colour Consultant / Customer Service Officer

The Role****

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves helping clients bring their vision to life. You'll play a key role in guiding customers through their colour selections and ensuring they enjoy a smooth and positive building experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding clients through the colour selection process, helping them choose finishes and fixtures that suit their style and budget.
  • Providing high-quality customer service throughout the pre-construction phase.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure selections are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of product ranges and interior design trends.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to support the wider customer service team.

About You

We're looking for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Strong customer service or client-facing experience (construction or design experience highly regarded but not essential).
  • A friendly, professional, and approachable communication style.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • A genuine interest in home design, interiors, or helping clients create their dream home.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
