We're expanding our team and looking for a motivated and driven Sales Representative and a Sales Cadet to join our growing family and take advantage of an uncapped earning opportunity.

About the Role

In this exciting sales role, you'll:

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers
  • Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process
  • Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features and benefits.
  • Showcase a range of quality vehicles from leading brands
  • Strive to exceed monthly sales and customer service targets
  • Follow up with potential customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Deliver a memorable and positive experience every time

What We're Looking For

  • Sales experience (automotive a bonus, but not essential)
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a passion for customer service.
  • Driven, goal-oriented mindset with a hunger to succeed
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to overall dealership success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Current driver's licence (manual licence recommended)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
