Are you an experienced HIGH REACH forklift operator looking for your next opportunity? Tusk Group is partnered with a number of clients, and we're looking for highly skilled Warehouse Operators  like you to join our team in the Northern Suburbs for exciting new roles

Role Overview: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Picking orders and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Operating both Counterbalance and High Reach Forklifts with precision and safety
  • RF scanning to track stock movements
  • Operating a Tugger to transport goods efficiently
  • Loading and unloading stock into trucks and trailers
  • General housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Collaborating with a dedicated team in a medium/large-scale warehouse setting

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in operating High Reach Forklifts and Counterbalance forklifts
  • Solid warehouse experience
  • Valid LF forklift licence is a must
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a reliable and punctual attitude
  • A safety-conscious mindset, following all protocols and procedures
  • A reliable car and driver's license are essential for commuting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate high reach equipment to efficiently move stock and materials.
  • Assist with stock management, putaways, and replenishments.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Perform additional warehouse duties, including manual handling when required.

High Reach Driver Skills:

As a High Reach Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift capable of reaching heights of up to 10 meters or more. This role requires a steady hand and attention to detail as you'll be working with high-value stock. Your ability to maneuver the high-reach forklift in tight spaces while managing high stacks will be key to your success in this role.
